James, The Native Americans harvested in the FALL....everything "Harvest" is in the fall...hence the name "Harvest Moon" because they could continue harvesting after dark, by the light of the moon. Harvest moon is usually near the end of September or October. FALL, not WINTER! Cheyney, James Madison did NOT write the Virginia Declaration of Rights....it was GEORGE MASON!!! Get your facts right before you post it on here, or you might mess someone else up! Great job everyone! Mrs. Dungan I would like to respectfully disagree with some posted facts.
